Fall of Akrotiri

In response to the recent NATO communiqué, Hellenic forces in Southern Cyprus have attacked the British Military Base at Akrotiri, killing close to 100 British Personnel, and destroying the 4 Tornado Strike Jets based there. Helicopters and aircraft have also attacked the Type 23 Frigate HMS Richmond, which has been sunk under a fusilade of Anti-Ship Missiles, although over the course of the action, 15 Hellenic aircraft have been destroyed and an estimated 50 casualties.
