Russian ARMY-TV has blamed the recent unrest on a weak civilian government, and has claimed that only the Russian Army can solve the country's problems. The Marshal of the Russian Federation has given a speech commending the work of the armed forces, before the assembled troops, a force of over 20,000 personnel have sworn their loyalty to the marshal personally.
