The rising troop numbers in East Germany has restored some stability to Eastern Germany and the capital.
Things however are tense, with the threat of conflict looming, a huge influx of hundreds of thousands of Germans are fleeing the country towards France and the UK.
All transport links between Germany and France have been overwhelmed as the influx of German refugees are piling up at the closed border at Strasbourg.
The refugees are getting restless, and demand access to France.
