USA STANDS BY ITS ALLIES

The United States expresses great concern over the recently signed military alliances by the Russian Federation with Belarus, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, and wishes to express that any attempts to threaten the sovereignty of nations within the Central and Eastern Europe are condemnable, and highlights that any illegitimate Russian expansionist actions are capable of major political and public backlash as illustrated by the protests within Astana, the Kazakh capital. The United States is resolute in its support for Ukraine’s sovereign ability to become a member of the single market forum of the European Union and NATO as a strategic defence partnership. Nevertheless, the United States is willing to enter into cooperative, peaceful negotiations with concerned parties as to the status of the situation in Ukraine and Belarus.
