UK has interest in Estonia and Latvia?

The UK has seemingly found an interest in Estonia and Latvia after so far successful talks regarding a lucrative rare earth metals deal in Lithuania a few days earlier. It is unsure whether or not these meetings between the UK foreign minister and their Estonian & Latvian counterparts will yield any results, but an interest has certainly been registered.
