The Russian Federation strongly condemns the US´s position on the drought. The West stresses that "access to water is a fundamental human right that cannot be ignored" yet happens to be the most wasteful nation present on Earth. Not only is it wasteful, but also financially very untactical. Russia would kindly ask the US to focus on their own environmental behavior before linking it to other nations.
