After it was revealed that the vast majority of the PKK members in the Ankara Protest were newly recruited, it would appear that the PKK is becoming more and more prevalent in Turkish governmental problems. A reason for this may have been the ISIS attacks which has motivated Kurds to join a group that they feel could protect them where the government has previously failed. Although the government has attempted to lower tensions, the majority of Kurds in Turkey are feeling unsettled.
