Germany's Embassy in Beirut has come under siege by Syrian Affiliate of Al-Qaeda Jabhat al-Nusra as a spill over from the Syrian Civil War.
UK Diplomat was visiting the embassy on the day to discuss plans towards Refugee Integration Plan (RIP).
UK and German diplomats have been captured.
Analysis of the hostage video has implicated both German and UK citizens in the attack.
