Diplomatic Jihadism?

Rather surprisingly ISIS have, instead of recognising the Etat Islamic Francais, declared the micro-caliphate to be infidels and heretics, and issued a declaration of war against them. The world's newest Caliphate has received messages of support from the leadership of the Taliban, in perhaps a final attempt at recovering the limelight.
