The United States government is deeply concerned about the fate of its captured intelligence officers that were sent to find and save the late Alexis Tsispras. This was a rescue mission in support of a legitimate, elected leader of a NATO ally fleeing a military coup. The death of Tsispras is the responsibility of the fascist Golden Dawn party whose authority over Greece the USA does not recognize.
