The United States government is outraged by these allegations and would like to reassure all concerned Parties (especially citizens of Poland and The United States) that the CIA black site is not in any way, shape or form connected with torture practices, which we understand is an abhorrent breach of fundamental human rights as recognised in the Geneva Convention and other International Humanitarian Law.
The United States emphasises that it has been fighting for human liberties since its formation and would like to inform that this facility increased its military and training purpose operations due to the rising instability in Europe.
The activities and allegations of Edward Snowden are heavily condemned by the United States government as false and would like to highlight that his statements are made with the primary intention of tarnishing the reputation of the United States without reasonable grounds. It must be acknowledged that Edward Snowden is evading proceedings under a fair impartial trial within our jurisdiction and that in his state of despair he will say and do anything to increase tensions.
Furthermore, the European Union constitutes its own independent organisation which cooperates with other member states to promote its interests and is not subject to control or domination by an emanation of the United States authorities.
