UKRAINE CRASH - RUSSIAN STATEMENT



The Russian federation confirms the deaths of a Chinese official, representatives from the CIS as well as our Prime Minister and Our Dear President Vladimir Putin. We are shocked and we feel deeply for our Nation and the families of the victims.
