The government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland would like to express its sorrow for the recent attacks in St. Petersburg and stands with Russia in the fight against ISIL, as we did for the Paris attacks last December. We are determined not to be paralysed by fear and to remain strong in the fight against terrorism. This threat should unite all our countries and overcoming our differences.
