Russia Message to Kazakhstan

The Russian Federation would like to advise the Kazakhstan minister of internal affairs to talk with the protestors in Astana, to be non-violent and try to find a peaceful and common ground. The Russian Government prefer to stay neutral on that situation, but if help is needed, the Russian Federation is ready to advise.
