It seems the Institute of Strategic Studies aren't that good after all
Russia has significantly increased the level of bomber patrols around the Baltic Sea, with Tu-95 Bombers routinely flying close to NATO airspace with fighter escorts. Additionally, Fifth Generation PAK T-50 Stealth Fighters have been deployed to the region as well. Western Military Analysts are taken aback by this, as development of this aircraft was only believed to be at the stage with five prototypes, but images have appeared showing at least 20 different aircraft serial numbers in Kaliningrad alone.
