Germany is a green nation and is ready to help countries which are facing a water scarcity. Germany is focused on the environmental protection and has no interest in language-conflicts. Thus, it will try at all costs to find sustainable solutions in order to help defaulting countries. And Russia cannot teach Germany no lesson while it is using the water issue as a political tool so as to attack the US.
