The Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan was attacked by protestors angry at the government. The latter used several explosives placed in a way it helps us understand this attack was definitely organized. The Russian Federation talks about “a terrorist attack”. The repression was fierce insofar as Russian forces killed the attackers.
Furthermore, Germany is in line with the US to the extend it definitely condemns terrorism that detracts our current world and spreads fear and horror among people.
That is the reason why Germany agrees with the US about the recommencement of negotiations on terrorism with French, Russian, British and Turkish Heads of States.
