German Interior Minister found "drunk, confused, unruly and covered in currywurst"

A drunk German cabinet minister has been found lying outside of the Bundestag in Berlin.  Reportedly, the Federal Minister for the Interior has been blind drunk for the past 36 hours, unsure of their whereabouts and ability to govern.  Some are openly calling for the Minister's resignation which could put the Grand Coalition into jeopardy...
