French milk poisoning affects German chocolate

As part of the Nord-pas-de-Cal-lait scandal, it turns out that a single farm was affected and all of the milk produced at that farm was sent to the Milka factory in Bremen, Germany.  That Milka factory exported chocolate solely for the German market and there are fears of a widespread chocolate poisoning.  It is not confirmed how or why this has come about and there are rumours of foul play in an attempt to hurt Franco-German relations.
