French government confirms lack of milk-based anarchy

The French Government would like to apologise for our statement that 'we are not responsible for the production of our milk', it was badly worded and misinterpreted. What we meant by this is that the production of milk in France is not solely state controlled but private also. Thus, we are unable to control all aspects of milk production. The minister of agriculture has been fired because of this inconvenience and we are looking to deal with this problem for the future. We apologise once again.
